IMPORTANT Key Information
● High-visibility vests and suitable shoes must be worn during build
● Your stand must be fully set up at least 10 mins before show open
● No under-16s or animals during build periods Friday before 16:00 or After Sunday 16:30
● You must sign the Health & Safety briefing before starting work & must follow venue safety rules
● Access ends as per schedule below; all stands must be completely packed down and clear.
Event access times (build, live event, break-down)

● From 30 mins after the event ends, i.e. approximately 16:30hrs, high viz will be compulsory.
● No young people, under 16 years, are permitted during the break period. After Sunday 16:30
Wristbands & Accreditation
All vendors must wear a wristband
On arrival you must:
1. Check in at the venue - RSD 2 (tables 1–206) or RSD 3 (tables 207–440) (RSD = Roller Shutter Door)
2. Complete the Health & Safety induction if not already complete.
3. Receive your accreditation
Parking & Vehicle Access
Exhibitor parking is in Car Park 2 - Traffic marshals will guide vehicles

Loading into the venue can be done on the service road from dropping off stock but cars must not be parked on the service road due to the high traffic area. Please do not leave car there for longer than 5 minutes
Power
No power is provided to tables unless booked and paid for in advance. To book power please email simon@card-con.co.uk
